SESSION MEETING
OGDEN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
April 20, 2008

Present: Rebecca Mason, John Caloritis, Carol Quinn, DuWayne Paulick, Pat Everett, Pat Hutchison, Dick Malloy, Harry Pittman, Marian Smith, Kristen Kimble, Sudi Layraman, Dawn Hoadley, Clara&George Reiber and Evelyn Bentley
Excused: Marilyn Spielberg
Sudi opened the meeting with prayer. She explained the purpose of the meeting was to examine potential members prior to voting on accepting them as members. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sellers will wait on their candidacy until later this year. Pat Tripolli will be examined at the regular Session meeting on April 21, 2008.
All introduced themselves and their roles at OPC.
Questions asked by Elders:
What drew you to OPC?
What gifts of service will you offer?
Each candidate enthusiastically answered both questions.
Motion made by John Caloritis to accept the candidates and receive them at the worship service on April 27, 2008. Dawn Hoadley to be received at the Sunday Night Live service on April 27, 2008. Second-Pat Hutchison. Carried.
